Grievance Officer

How to file a complaint

Email the Grievance Officer with:

  1. A description of the problem (what happened and when, with the date and approximate time).
  2. The nickname shown for the other user, if you remember it.
  3. Whether you reported the chat using the in-app Report button.
  4. How we can reply to you (the email you write from is enough).

Because chats are not stored, we can review the content of a conversation only if it was reported in the app at the time.

  • We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
  • We resolve complaints within 15 days of receipt.
  • Complaints about content that exposes someone’s private areas, shows nudity or sexual acts, or impersonates a person are acted on within 24 hours.
  • Requests to remove unlawful content are addressed within 72 hours.
